We perform a diagnostic of your equipment.
You will receive a complete report during all the process.
The repair
The repair is made by a BITMAIN certified engineer.
The bests practices recommended by BITMAIN are followed.
Your repaired hardware is tested
Your hardware will undergo three different tests.
Firstly, a component compliance test performed on the Bitmain test jig.
Secondly, a performance test performed on the test bench.
Finally, a mining test as a miner in production.
4. We send you back
Your hardware will be sent back to you using a reliable carrier, with a insurance, tracking number and signature on receipt.
As we are located in France, no customs and no delay for the European (Shengen) countries.
Expect a short 24h to 72h delay for the shipping.
